This exam is reported to be extremely relevant to the 2014-2015 Notary Public licensing exam. There are currently many new York State exams. Which ever one you take, would certainly have questions related to these examples.
The answer key is on the last page. Number a sheet 1-40 and record your answers. You must score 70% correct only 28+ out of 40 possible questions correct to pass. This is just like the actual state exam except in the state's testing center you will be using a #2 lead pencil on a score sheet. You have 1 hour to complete the exam.
