If the login or the shipment is wrong, call or email us. We fix that. Do not ask your bank to reverse the charge.

Class access is sent to the email you typed at checkout. That address is the user ID. Once that login is issued, tuition is not refundable. The recordings and practice questions have already been delivered.

Access runs 4 months from the day you pay. One extra 4 months is free if you email info@notaryeverything.com. That is the only free extension. After 8 months total, another 4 months is $35.

Guarantee: finish 100% of the course, then fail the New York notary exam. Email the fail notice from New York State. We open a fresh 4 months, the instructor reviews the work, and calls. Less than 1% used that guarantee for a free repeat of the course, because they reported failing.

Stamps, seals, journals, and the jurat stamp are cut to the imprint you typed and drop-shipped for $9.95. Wall frames are printed here and mailed USPS Priority for $18. A wrong imprint or a lost box is a problem we correct. It is not a reason to dispute the card.

New York sales tax is charged on supplies and on the postage when the ship-to address is in New York. The rate follows Publication 718 for that county or city. Delivery outside New York is not taxed. There is no New York tax on the class. Tuition is professional education.
